The right prospects
A list that is slightly wrong costs you the whole month. We set the profile with you, then check it against who actually replies and tighten it from there.
GROW LinkedIn Outreach
We find the right people, write to each one personally from your own LinkedIn account, and follow up until they reply. Then the conversation is yours. Nobody on your side builds a list or writes to a stranger again.
Sarah Chen at Acme wants to talk.
The gap
Three filters, and LinkedIn hands you every decision-maker who fits. Finding them was never the hard part.
Reaching them is where it stops. Hundreds of individual messages a week, each one written for the person reading it, none of them sounding automated. That is a full-time job, not something you fit around selling.
How the campaign runs
This is how that distance gets crossed. The sequence below is one example: we design the routing, the steps, and the timing around your audience and your offer. It runs without anyone on your side touching it, and the moment someone replies, their sequence stops and your team receives the prospect, the reply, and the full thread.
One lead, start to reply
"Sounds relevant. Happy to talk next week."

The working relationship
You approve who we reach and what we say. From there, nothing about running the campaign needs your team.
That is the whole list. Nothing to learn, no daily routine, nobody on your team running a campaign.
The planning model
These are the numbers we plan a campaign against: one warmed LinkedIn account on Sales Navigator, worked to the daily limit LinkedIn allows. Real campaigns land above or below them, for the four reasons at the bottom of this section.
52 from new connections, 13 from InMail.
All 65 are real replies from real people. Some will be a no or a not right now. You get every one of them the moment it lands, and you decide which are worth your time.
What moves these numbers
A list that is slightly wrong costs you the whole month. We set the profile with you, then check it against who actually replies and tighten it from there.
The same list and the same messages produce completely different results behind a strong offer and a weak one. Writing cannot rescue an offer that gives a stranger no reason to reply.
Nearly everyone opens your profile before accepting a request from a stranger. Your acceptance rate is set there as much as in the message we write.
At least 100 connections before we start, a real history of posting and messaging, and no other automation tool alongside ours. From there, volume builds as fast as the account can take it.
Account care
We run outreach from an account you built, under a name you rely on. Three rules govern how we treat it.
Each sender account gets a dedicated residential IP that does not change and is never shared with another account. LinkedIn sees a consistent location, the way it would for someone who works from the same desk every day.
We work inside campaign conversations only. Your personal LinkedIn inbox and your team's existing threads are not part of what we see, store, or touch.
We hold each Sales Navigator sender to about 28 connection requests a day inside a weekly ceiling of 200, and to a budget of 200 actions a day where a profile view or a like counts as one. Free and Premium accounts get lower limits. We stay inside them, run within working hours, and pause when something looks wrong. The accounts that get pushed are the accounts that get restricted.
Pricing
No setup fee and no per-lead pricing. Everything listed below is included from the first month.
$299 per month
One LinkedIn account, fully managed, from the audience definition through to the handoff.
Starts with a short call. You leave with the plan whether you work with us or not.
$99 per month, each
LinkedIn caps what one account can do, so volume comes from more senders. Each Sales Navigator sender adds about 600 connection requests, 210 new connections, and 65 replies a month. Add or remove them month to month.
More than a full working week, every month, spent researching, writing, sending, monitoring, and chasing. That is what the price replaces.
Straight answers
They have to. Every message goes out under your name, from your own account, and the thread sits in your LinkedIn inbox where you can read it any time.
You approve the angle and the message direction before the first one sends. After that, each message is written for the person receiving it and read by someone on our side before it leaves.
No. Free accounts work, and we have had very good results with them. Premium works better, and Sales Navigator works best.
Sales Navigator lets an account do more each day: more profile views, follows, and likes, and more connection requests and messages. It also adds InMail, which reaches the people who do not accept a connection request. Messages to open profiles cost no credit, and a credit spent on a closed profile is refunded when the person replies.
The planning model above assumes Sales Navigator, so free and Premium accounts land below its numbers.
Then we warm it up first. An account needs at least 100 connections before any automation touches it, so if yours is under that, we build it up by hand before a campaign starts.
From there the volume climbs rather than jumps. We start low and raise it week by week as the account shows it can take more, and when we plan your campaign we will tell you what your first two months realistically look like.
One rule either way: no other automation tool can run on the account alongside ours. Conflicting tools are a common cause of restriction.
Everything we control, and we will be specific about it: the campaign built around your offer, the daily volume going out inside LinkedIn's limits, every reply in your hands the moment it arrives, and a report on what happened and what changes next.
What nobody controls is how a market responds. Acceptance rates, replies, and meetings move with the audience, the profile, and the offer, which is why the figures on this page are what we plan against rather than what we promise. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed meeting count has not looked at your market yet.

On a short call we will review your audience, offer, and account setup, then map a realistic monthly volume and the first campaign angle we would test. You leave with that plan whether you work with us or not.
